It depends on scope. We offer fixed-fee project engagements (The Foundation) and monthly retainers (The Partnership). The first call is free, and we'll be upfront about cost before anything is agreed. No surprise invoices.

That's what the first call is for. Most people come to us knowing something feels off financially, but can't put a name to it. We ask the right questions and help you figure out where the biggest opportunity is.

We keep our client roster intentionally small. We generally onboard new projects within one to two weeks to ensure each client receives dedicated oversight. If there's genuine urgency, let us know.
